The 2025–26 Project Expenditure Report of Thrikkaruva Grama Panchayat reflects a comprehensive and people-centered development approach focused on social welfare and sustainable growth. Special emphasis has been given to social security initiatives such as women and child development programmes, Anganwadi nutrition schemes, scholarships for differently abled students, elderly welfare measures, and women’s empowerment activities. The Panchayat has also undertaken various projects aimed at improving drinking water supply, sanitation facilities, waste management, environmental conservation, development of public spaces, and recreational and educational amenities for children. Efforts have been made to strengthen local governance through the modernization of the Panchayat office, enhancement of digital services, and improvement of administrative infrastructure.
