Vision of Thrikkaruva Grama Panchayat
To develop Thrikkaruva into a model Panchayat that ensures sustainable development, social justice, and people's participation, while providing all sections of society with a high quality of life, adequate infrastructure, a clean environment, and a safe living atmosphere.
Mission of Thrikkaruva Grama Panchayat
- To plan and implement development projects based on the needs and priorities of the people.
- To ensure access to basic services such as clean drinking water, healthcare, education, sanitation, and housing for all.
- To promote the welfare and empowerment of women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized sections of society.
- To encourage environmentally sustainable development through the conservation of natural resources and water bodies.
- To establish an efficient local governance system by ensuring public participation, transparency, and accountability.
- To provide necessary support for creating employment opportunities and promoting self-employment initiatives.
- To achieve holistic rural development by preserving cultural heritage and strengthening social harmony.
This Vision and Mission statement has been prepared in a format suitable for use in Panchayat Development Seminars, Annual Plans, and the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP).
